What is Practice Management Consulting?
Practice Management Consulting is in the practice of providing consulting services to physicians, care providers and practice management professionals to improve their performance or in any way to assist in achieving organizational objectives. Providers may draw on the services of practice management consultants for a number of reasons, including gaining external and objective advice and accessing consultants' specialized expertise regarding concerns that call for additional oversight.
Do you only work with solo and small practices?
Our services are geared to the solo and smaller practices, but we've worked with practices of every size and specialty (physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, physical therapists, mental health specialists, audiologists and many others) across the United States to provide coding, billing, credentialing and practice management services.
How many people work in your office?
Practice Management Consulting is founded and owned by Jennifer Wilkes, CHM, CHBP, CHCCE. However, there are a number of contractors who work with us who specialize in credentialing, billing, coding and practice management.
Does it cost anything to ask a question?
Not typically, unless the answer is complex and will require research. We will try to answer all your questions, but our time is limited so depending on the timing, we could answer questions within 24 hours.
How do I hire Practice Management Consulting?

and we will schedule a no-charge preliminary call to discuss your needs. If you want to move forward, we will send you a consulting agreement based on the dicussion we have whether it be a project package or an hourly rate.
Once the agreement is signed by both parties and the deposit has been received, we will schedule a working call.
Do you travel to my practice to consult with me?
No, we don't. Coming onsite is less efficient and spends too much of YOUR money. We provide all services virtually using Teams meetings, phone calls and email.
